"Komean julkisivun takana on vähän vanhanaikainen ja kulunut hotelli. Ihan viihtyisä kyllä ja siisti. Meillä oli tilava huone, mutta kylpyhuone oli vähän hassusti korkeammalla, muutaman rapun päässä. Aamupala oli tarjolla eri hintaan, mutta ainakaan meille se ei oikein maistunut. Hotelli sijaitsee kivannäköisellä alueella, ja sinne oli kätevä tulla Heathrown lentokentältä metrolla. Metrolla tietysti myös pääsee kätevästi eri puolille kaupunkia. Ihan hyvä kokemus kokonaisuutena."

"Cute little hotel with kind staff. It was being prepared for renovations while we were here which created some commotion with the lifts and traffic in the lobby. The room was comfortable and gym was good. We cut our stay short to stay closer to the sights and the staff was incredibly gracious about the change. Thank you for having us!"

"The front office was not the friendliest when i checked in on 5 April and subsequently the next day when i checked on my room status. "Séjour en famille pour re-découvrir Londres, hôtel bien situé à 15 20 minutes de Picadilly en accès direct par métro. L'impression générale est bonne, le personnel accueillant et de bonnes conditions d'hébergement (bémol sur la moquette de la chambre). Le petit-déjeuner est complet et offre un choix, ce n'est certes pas le continental d'un grand 4*, mais il permet de bien attaquer la journée. "This hotel was affordable for a couple of nights in London, close to a tube station, handy shops and some nice places to eat. Our room was a little outdated, but tidy and a decent size BUT there were a few hairs on the bedding and a strange smell in the room which meant we kept needing to open the window to air it out which made us cold. The staff were friendly and we stored luggage after check out. Overall it was a nice stay and a good price, but could improve on cleanliness."
