"Very pretty home and incredible kind staff. We had a great stay! Would been 10/10 if there had been ac in the bedroom or screens on the windows for some air flow but it was still very comfortable. The waitstaff at breakfast were so wonderful!"

"This older property was well located for us being within walking distance of Vancouver General Hospital's Shin Cancer treatment centre. Although we didn't use all of the amenities, such as coffee machine, kettle, and fridge we availed ourselves of shower, beds, and on the last day, delightful breakfast which included an omelett. The rooms were well secured, warm, and comfortable although they were not wheelchair accessible. There was an off-street parking space."

"The front staff were helpful and informative (Nathan, Sheldon, and sorry, I forget the other names) - great chatting with you all!
Just had challenges figuring out hot and cold water temperature for the shower. It was too hot. Finally figured it out on last shower. We used the washer and dryer. It would have been better to have clear instructions posted on wall on how to use washing machine. Would’ve been good to try the breakfast but a discount or promotion would be good to offer...

"Hotel was very nice and location was convenient. I arrived prior to the 4pm check-in time and knew there was a chance my room wouldn't be ready, which it wasn't. I overheard one employee offer a couple a double queen room instead of king for immediate check in, whereas the employee helping me only offered to upgrade to a higher floor for an additional $50. I'd had a 5am CST flight and was too tired to question him so I just took the upgrade; the upgraded room was on the 20th floor with a city...
