"This was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Every member of the staff was extremely welcoming, helpful, and friendly. They were always willing to offer recommendations for restaurants or things to do, and would even help arrange a taxi. When we checked in, we were greeted immediately, offered water, and then promptly shown to our room. "The location is just fantastic - easy to get to from the tube and a great place to base yourself to explore London The check in process is different as you get emailed a code, however the communication is great. I needed to store luggage on arrival and the staff were fantastic in assisting me Lots of good food options in walking distance - nice area"
