"The staff was really nice and I love the fact that the entrance needed the card especially late at night for safety reasons. I loved the vibe of the place and it felt like I was in space. I do love the disco setting in the nest but I don’t recommend turning it on when you’re drunk lol. Overall so close especially if you’re going to and from LGW or LHR, I found myself wandering around and hitting major landmarks within a 15 min walk so it’s just overall great"

"Such a lovely hotel the staff were so friendly and loved how helpful they were. The complimentary wine for my daughters 30th birthday was a nice touch equally so were the slippers at the side of the bed and the chocolate waiting at the side of the bed when we got back after watching “the devil wears Prada” Would definitely stay again x"

"This was our first time staying at the Sanderson. The check-in staff were very helpful and moved us to a quiet room. The room itself was tired and had a few issues. The hairdryer was broken and needed to be replaced, and the light in the toilet kept flickering on and off. The rug in the room was also dirty and in need of a thorough clean. The location, however, was very convenient for us. It's just a shame that the hotel did not live up to our expectations."

"We stayed in one of their renovated rooms which was beautiful. My only comment would be the bath/shower. The partial glass barrier that protects the water from flooding the bathroom is too short, water splashes onto the floor. As well it’s a challenge getting out. I know people sometimes prefer baths but a shower stall would have been more practical because it’s a small bathroom. They are in the process of renovating all of the rooms.
