"The staff was really nice and I love the fact that the entrance needed the card especially late at night for safety reasons. I loved the vibe of the place and it felt like I was in space. I do love the disco setting in the nest but I don’t recommend turning it on when you’re drunk lol. Overall so close especially if you’re going to and from LGW or LHR, I found myself wandering around and hitting major landmarks within a 15 min walk so it’s just overall great"

"Such a lovely hotel the staff were so friendly and loved how helpful they were. The complimentary wine for my daughters 30th birthday was a nice touch equally so were the slippers at the side of the bed and the chocolate waiting at the side of the bed when we got back after watching “the devil wears Prada” Would definitely stay again x"

"We love it here our 4th stay this time we booked the two bed apartments was wonderful staff so helpful and friendly Only negative was ice machine didn’t work and the plug in roll top bath wouldn’t close so couldn’t use the bath & for £800 really should have a working bath We still world visit again but I would check in advance they were working"

"This is a wonderful and hip hotel in a great part of Soho. The room was beautiful, the staff was very attentive. The location was amazing. The only thing I can say that's somewhat negative is that we missed having coffee and tea in the room. Most hotels will have these amenities but they were not available in the room."

"We stayed in one of their renovated rooms which was beautiful. My only comment would be the bath/shower. The partial glass barrier that protects the water from flooding the bathroom is too short, water splashes onto the floor. As well it’s a challenge getting out. I know people sometimes prefer baths but a shower stall would have been more practical because it’s a small bathroom. They are in the process of renovating all of the rooms. "Very central to everything- small room and beds are ok not super comfortable however being right next to the train and walking distance to alot of great shops and restaurants made it great."
