The room was in good condition. However, our room was not cleaned until after 2pm. The fron desk seemed friendly and somewhat helpful.
Whenever we had a question they did seem like it was a problem for then to resolve. Also, whenever there was an issue and they had to consult the manager he was just in his office, the staff seemed as though they wanted to provide the customer service, but the .anager just said NO.
I had very mixed feelings.
The spa staff was friendly enough, after u had a massage and paid for the sevice i asked for a receipt. Noone emailed it, i came back the day before we left and the team was on their way out and the attendant was super rude, because i asked for certin information my insurance asked for. And the attendant that actually gave told us they were going to email me and provide the info i needed was there and denied saying anything. They were all on different pages with their info.
