"We are a family of 4 who had the pleasure in staying at the Fornace Suites. The staff is very friendly. Although their lobby isn't 24 hour we were given numbers on how to reach staff if there were any issues or needed anything. We had one issue the first night but the host assisted us as soon as possible and all was fine. The room was absolutely exquisite and comfortable for a family of 4. Clean and amenities were great. "I loved my stay at Maison Santa Croce. It is easy to get to; the taxi left me right at the door. The staff at the reception were nice and welcoming, and explained the details of getting in at night, including the codes, perfectly well. The property is beautifully decorated, it makes you feel that you are in someone's Pallazzo. My room was very spacious (plenty of room for my luggage). "Beautiful room and comfortable bed. Clean. Nice pool area. There are no elevators but the stairs are not long. AC is not very strong but suffices. Area is full of hidden gems from bakeries to late night pizza. Parking can be a challenge but not more than other parts of the city. About a 20 min walk to the center and plenty of shops and restaurants along the way. "
