We had some trouble with luggage storage, and again no one to problem solve…there was apparently a manager on site who refused to come assist, instead a housekeeper attempted to problem solve."

"We absolutely loved staying here. The staff was so helpful. We rented a van so parking was a challenge, but we were able to get that sorted out at a parking garage. "The communication and kind staff were a highlight to this gorgeous renovated palace. We slept under a fresco painted ceiling which added to the Italian dream. The location is one of the best. Close to food, shopping, nightlife. The cleaning team were so kind and welcoming. They helped with anything we needed. The bonus was amazing air conditioning that you control. "We loved our stay at Benci! It’s in a prime location and surprisingly quiet, given it’s above a bar. Super clean, cute, and comfortable. If you have a larger checked bag be aware there are steps up to the guest house, but it wasn’t an issue for us. The bar downstairs (Moyo Bar) is also very hospitable and a great spot for an espresso or drink. We had a car and the parking garage Benci recommended was close and easy to find. Would definitely book again and highly recommend!"
