Every member we met wasn't just attentive but seemed genuinely concerned with making our stay as pleasant and trouble free as possible. "Hotel was clean, unfortunately our room was located by the cleaners room so it was pretty noisy early on also lots of noise from other guests early in the morning. We were also located right above the bar/restaurant so from around 6am we could hear noise from there. Staff were friendly at reception and rooms were comfortable"

"Great Family Room was like having your own apartment. Breakfast was nice, bacon and black pudding were a little over done. Shower could have been warmer. But overall great stay will definitely stay again."
