"We had a wonderful time and are planning our next trip back. No place is perfect but this place is pretty great! My children loved it (9,11,12,&18). I loved it as well. I do suggest bringing water shoes. The food is pricy. The staff was amazing. The lifeguards are on high alert. The whole thing was a wonderful experience."

"The beds were comfortable and no sign of bugs. Great TV. Awesome balcony overlooking the woods and watched a bear come by every evening. Good breakfast included which was nice. Overall appearance of the room was good but it’s an older hotel and some things needed repair and a deep cleaning. Not good lighting in the room. The fabric cushions on the chairs were dirty. The ironing board was filthy and wouldn’t close. The bathroom sink had a crack and chip. Tub and toilet were clean however there was mold on the ceiling above the shower and on the corner behind the door. My husband complained about how dirty his socks got from walking on the floor which visibly looked clean but they weren’t. My biggest annoyance which also became funny was the inside door handle fell off every time we shut the door. I finally found the set screw and reattached the handle. Also couldn’t hang up anything cause the clothes rack was falling down."

"Don’t pay for the “Mountain View”… you’ll look at a hill behind the building, if not a roof behind the building. There’s also a parking fee which they let you know about when checking in… $16 a night is steep when there’s free (if available) street parking out front. Pool was cool."

"The staff was great. The rooms were very clean, well-maintained and spacious. I especially loved the bathroom. The pools (inside and out) were big and clean. I enjoyed looking around the gift shop. There was a wide variety of cute merchandise. Since it was just me and my husband we enjoyed spending some time in Margaritaville! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. I know this is where we will be staying for all of our visits to Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg from now on!"
