"My husband & I came for my birthday weekend & were very pleased with this hotel! Staff were so kind, the pool / hot tub area was beautiful & had 24 hour access (weather permitting) Elevator to higher floors as well as steps! Clean rooms with plenty of towels, walkable to the Island! Our only recommendation would be to be able to watch tv in bed.. it was on a large stand facing towards the couch other than that it was perfect! "

"Located on the strip in Gatlinburg, right next door to Crocketts Breakfast Camp! The front desk was very nice, hotel was clean, parking was convenient! We will be back! "

"Had a wonderful stay with my granddaughter and two of my great grand sugars! We loved the comfort of the room, the convenient location, the indoor pool was very comfortable, breakfast was great. I do think they need more air circulating in the breakfasts area, it was hot. We did not have our puppy with us but we loved that they are pet friendly! Very friendly staff! We will be back! Already looking at a time to come when the Christmas lights are up!"
