"The staff are nice and accommodating. The only problem is the air condition, it’s just blowing air not even cool air, they tried to adjust the temperature but it doesn’t get cooler. And the other thing is when they changed the beddings, housekeepers didn’t clean the room."

Dès notre arrivée, nous avons constaté que la baignoire était complètement bouchée (l'eau stagnait indéfiniment) et que la toilette était défectueuse. Pour couronner le tout, Paris traversait une période de chaleur excessive et l'hôtel ne comportait aucune climatisation dans les chambres. L'air y était étouffant et l'état de la salle de bain rendait la situation tout simplement insupportable. Le pire reste la gestion humaine...

Le personel n'avait pas prévu ouvrir la climatisation à ce moment, mais en pleine vague de chaleur, cela aurait été vraiment important de mettre cela en priorité."

"Overall this property was clean service w was nice bed was comfortable. Hotel is old and in a real poor area . However it’s min away from the metro so that’s a plus if you want to get to the city central in about 25 min. No traffic it’s about 20 min from the airport . When traffic is bad can take over 1 hr."

"The room itself was very nice. Spacious and clean. Our issue was the AC did not work for almost 2 days during our stay with 100+ degree weather outside. We could not even sleep it was so hot and drowning in sweat. When we would call reception about it they seemed irritated at us just for calling about the situation which left us feeling frustrated and disregarded.
