Property is tired, room was marginally clean, furniture is worn, the shower diverter and heat did not work in first room. Bed was comfortable. Staff was polite and changed my room which was better, however fire alarm battery was going dead and beeping. Despite informing front desk, battery was not changed. Will not be returning.

Well worth the money!

The space was very comfortable and spacious. Even with four people in my unit, it did not feel cramped. The rooms were big enough, there were enough chairs to sit on even when both pull-out couches were being used, and the little balcony was very welcomed. The kitchen was well furnished with a small fridge, microwave and two top stove. There were plates, forks, knives, and a kettle for heating water. There was also cleaning soap and a scrubbie. The bathroom was big enough. The only challenge was stepping over the high edge of the bathtub to get in and shower. The separation between the bathtub and the sink could have been wider so water from the shower did not wet the sink. Small price to pay for everything else that worked out well. There were also several closet spaces and surfaces to work or keep your personal belongings. 5 minutes walk from the RER, it was easy to get around the city too.

I liked the general cleaniliness, hospitable staff, very friendly but the communication about charges for me and my wife's breakfast wasnt clear. I ended up having to spend extra money i was not prepared for. The breakfast charges should be included on the daily price.

Good location, close to ReR station into Paris and surrounding area, cheap at €2.50 each way! Quiet area, some shops nearby. Hotel a little tired but acceptable. Nice small pool and jacuzzi. Studio room was ok, good that the kitchen had a microwave, a larder fridge, dishwasher and a welcome pack for the sink etc. Very large comfy bed. Small yet adequate bathroom with a bath, had to sit sideways on the loo as it was closely facing the wall! Extractor fan didnt work and a bulb was out over the sink. Took me ages to work out how to change the channels on the TV to find out there were no english channels tuned in, not even BBC news 😑. Didnt realise until late on the second night there was a nasty stain on the matress, right by my pillow! Showed the staff the next morning and their repy was 'oh'. Telephone didnt work so had to go down from the 4th floor to order breakfast for the next day, which at €20 each it wasnt worth it, book this in advance its way cheaper! Only 1 lift working which was a nightmare when a massive group of eastern European school trip teenagers were checking in one night!

Pros: The hotel is located close to Massy palaiseau train station which is very good to get to Paris or CDG airport. Our apartment was spacious enough for family of four and it was clean enough. Cons: We got there after 3pm, and we were told to wait as our room wasn't ready, we waited for like an hour and half after finally checking in, we got to the room and the cleaner was still cleaning. Air-conditioned doesn’t work, so hot in the room. Very uncomfortable and disappointing. The air-conditioned doesn’t work, we couldn't sleep the first two nights as it was too hot in the room, very terrible experience we had.

Lovely, would stay again

Lovely stay at this hotel, the staff were lovely, friendly and helpful, the parking was easy, the hotel was lovely, the pool area was great and very clean. The room was tired, with a quite a bit of wear and tear, but we didn't mind this at all, as overall it was comfortable and fit for purpose! It even had a little kitchen with a full sized fridge and microwave which were welcome bonuses! Was a quick walk to the trains, supermarket around the corner and restaurants nearby. Would definitely recommend and stay again! Thank you
