You need yiur passport number to use wifi. Did not work for everyone in our group. Queen bed came with 2 double covers. Was a bit weird. Staff is very friendly accomodates any request possible. Visited Hamam. Highly recommended experience."

"Excellent staff and very friendly. The hotel is located in a consulate zone so you will have to walk couple of 100 feet to get to the hotel entrance. Istikal and Taksim square are walkable. Galata tower and Karakoy for ferries is also easily walkable. Tram station is 5 min walk. Breakfast is amazing and so is the waiting staff. Very friendly and helpful. Would recommend the hotel. Will visit again. "
