We had a very pleasant stay. The reception was very nice and polite. The family room was beautifully furnished and had enough space for everyone. We were also allowed to stay longer during check-out, so highly recommended. The hotel, Taksim Square is also quickly reachable on foot. The only downside is unfortunately that a small section of the street goes very steeply uphill, but it's not too bad.

Very aesthetic and very chic hotel. Loved their breakfast variety. Staff is extremely cooperative and caring. Our primary host was Omer Bey at the front reception and he was one of a kind - made excellent recommendations on dining options and went above and beyond to help us enjoy our stay in Istanbul. Fantastic quiet bolt hole right between Taksim and Galatasary. Really close to the best shops and bars. The front of house team are v helpful for arranging tours, taxis etc. all in all, a very comfortable stay.

I highly recommend this hotel! The rooms are super comfortable and well-designed, the staff is very friendly and welcoming and the situation is very good to discover Istanbul (well connected by public transportation and an easy walk, too). I would love to come again in the future!
