Everything was excellent — the hotel was clean, the breakfast was just right, and the location was perfect. It was very easy to reach everywhere we wanted to go, as public transportation was very close. What impressed us the most was the friendliness and helpfulness of the hotel staff — especially Mr. Fatih, who was incredibly supportive and kind. Hospitality was phenomenal, we were thinking of taxi from hotel to Port, but instead, one of the hotel staff carried our luggage and escorted us by foot to the port, saving us time and money. This is above and beyond any expectation, and it shows kindness of this place.

Terrific location, especially for boarding cruises at Galataport, and the property is well maintained and offered a very nice breakfast. The area is noisy at night, though, so not ideal for light sleepers.
