"We had booked for two nights and we left after the first night. The place is uninhabitable and we needed to find lodgings elsewhere. There were no blankets and we were cold in the night, no hot water, only 3 pillows while we were four people. There were bugs all over the room and a nasty smell. There was dog poop and dog pee all over the common areas. Definitely do not recommend"

The sargassum situation was much earlier and much worse than usual. There was no way to swim from the hotels beach and they stated they couldn't clear the beach due to it being a turtle nesting area. "This place is amazing, staff food and location, Griselda was the best very professional and friendly person, very attentive, but overall all the staff made is feel welcome, the food at both restaurants was delicious a bit pricey but worth it, the shrimp tacos were the best. Unfortunately it looks like the place is under renovations by the pool area so we weren’t able to really enjoy the pool but this place deserves a 5 stars and I can’t wait to be back l."
