"Upon arrival, all of the stuff was super sweet. I was traveling solo and since I already had a bad experience with the prior to hotel services, it was refreshing to receive service like Astral. Staff ALWAYS checked up on me to see if I needed anything from food to cleaning to small chats. Everyone was super kind.
The room was clean, and there was hot water, the views from the bubble were incredible at night except maybe they could be power washed just a little to clean the debris from the trees...

"Loved that this place was so spacious and beautiful! There wasn't too many front desk staff but the pool and lighting was great! I loved how the rooms came with washer/dryer, a full kitchen and a stove top. My friends and I got a pool on top of ours and it was beautiful! "

"Beautiful and unique spot in the jungle, room was great spacious and the property is well maintained minus some refreshing on the fabric chairs etc. … staff was helpful and friendly. Stayed in the treetop suite. Only negative would be needing a car or transportation as the taxis get expensive. We thought there was a free shuttle based on the online booking and communication to the beach so did not book a rental car at the time. Definitely worth it and would return overall."
