"Front desk, personality, professional and kind. It looked and felt like a new hotel. Very quiet rooms. They gave us a gift bag with one of the essentials like a toothbrush, and cookies!"

"This is our second stay and it was just as great as the first. I love how beautiful yet laid back this resort is. The food is always delicious and the staff is so friendly. We plan on making our stay at The Gaylord a yearly tradition. The only I recommend is to check the closure dates for their waterpark. We were sad we didn’t get to go this year because it was closed for the season. "
