"The air conditioning in our room didn’t work and the best they did was bring us a box fan. The elevators are going through a remodel, but they’re terrible, confusing drunk people and causing us to need to use the service elevator multiple times. The only perks we got were from booking through Expedia. "

"The property is absolutely gorgeous! We arrived in the evening and the lights were on, the temperature was perfect and the accommodations were first class. We have stayed at multiple hotels in NYC all five star locations but the Trump hotel stands above all the other hotels. I highly recommend this hotel!"

"Todo espectacular El hotel muy bonito y limpio. Pero tienen varias partes que no abren los domingos y eso lo hizo un poquito aburrido. Esperaba encontrar un domingo por la noche un poco más de vida nocturna. El menú del restaurante del hotel que estaba abierto me pareció muy poco variado. Creo deberían agregar un poco más de platos al menú y una variedad más amplia si solo van a tener esa opción de comida abierta los domingos. El desayuno que estaba incluido me pareció muy rico. "Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sauber. Wir hatten inkl. Frühstück gebucht. Es gibt kaum Auswahl, was inklusive ist. Alternativen mussten zusätzlich bezahlt werden. Das Frühstück war ala Card, kein Buffet. Portionen waren sehr klein. "
