There was usually a line to get a table, but manged and moved quick. Rooms are small, the building is older, but the price was reasonable and the location convenient and safe. "The staff was very friendly and helpful, but unfortunately many of the issues we experienced were beyond their control. On the first night, we were given a room on the first floor, right next to the lobby and breakfast area. It was surprising that a room is located directly by the main entrance—we could hear everything, which made it very noisy and uncomfortable. "Excellent place, well located but small rooms"

"The set up of the room had interior windows that werent sounproofed and opened into a hallway. So limited natural light umless the room was exposed. This made it noisy in the night. I was awakened three times by peolle opening doors or talking loudly. The property has the audacity to ask for a fee for late check out in spite of this. Bed was comfortable and a good size especially the bathroom but the above issues really tainted it and i likely wouldn't stay again as the concern was more on...

"You can’t beat the location of this hotel for the price! It is a typical NYC hotel with very small rooms. The room and bathroom were nice and updated. There was a mini fridge and bath products. Also, there was an ice and water bottle-filling station outside our door. We were on a high floor and it was fairly quiet. There was a bit of a blip checking in but they worked it out.
