Fantastic hotel that embodies the classic New York feel! The staff were all so wonderful to us from the warm welcome to bringing their specialty pillows upon request. The hotel has beautiful furnishings, a restaurant on site and the small kitchenette in our room was an added bonus. Would definitely recommend staying here while visiting New York!

The staff was wonderful! The people at the front desk and in housekeeping were all so kind and helpful with everything we needed. Our suite was clean and very spacious. The lobby was beautifully decorated for Christmas and felt so cozy and inviting. We will be back!
