"No a/c. Everything else was perfect, but the lack of a/c was an issue. I couldn't get that good hotel sleep because it was so hot and uncomfortable in my room. Even the lobby was hot. It just made no sense. Out of 5 stars, I'd give the place 2 out of 5 simply due to no a/c. I took cold showers multiple times. I just hated it. "

"This hotel is listed as Times Square. It is actually located in Hell's Kitchen, closest to 11th Ave. There are no security features in this hotel besides a single desk worker. Room keys are not needed to enter the elevator. My room was in severe disrepair. AC unit was duct taped to the wall, and ser at 51 degrees by staff. It ran once overnight. The single lampshade was ripped in several places. All of the picture frames in my room and bathroom were broken. The shower had cracked, black grout. I...

"It was good for what I needed which was just one night to rest my head, but walking into the room, had a mildew smell to it…when I turned the AC on, the smell went away. Pillows were very flat, couldn’t really get comfortable. Breakfast was underwhelming and didn’t really like the eggs at all. Not too many other options either. Overall stay was just okay. "
