"This is our second year to come back to the Pelican to celebrate the wife and I’s anniversary. And again it did not disappoint, John and Daniel are such awesome waiters along with the entire staff.. Mike the bar tender was awesome.. so many great people and the resort itself is amazing with amazing dining and lazy river. "We stayed there to take advantage of the water taxi. Rooms are nice, clean and quiet. Their restaurant is very nice. "

"The property is very nice; however, it is quite expensive. If you stay at the hotel, the beach chairs and umbrellas should be either complimentary or reasonably priced. The drinks are outrageous too— they charged us $25.00 for a plastic cup of margarita. Everything else is fine, and the room is worth the money. "
