"The staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms were amazingly quiet despite being located in a very populated area and right outside of the tube station. It’s incredibly close to amenities, with tons of restaurants nearby, as well as the Leicester Square tube station. From the airport we took just one tube that stopped directly at the hotel and it only took 45mins. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. Also bigger than I thought (we had a basic room with window)."
