"Will continue to stay at his location with great staff and amenities. This particular was off with renovations going on in hotel. HVAC in room would not work properly and assumed it was with ongoing work."

"The room was great. BUT we were charged with beverage purchases that we did not make. Luckily we asked for a receipt at checkout and saw the charge. Even though we later received refunds for the charge, I am not sure how the mistake happened. We were told that the front desk needs room number and last name to charge to our room. I am not sure if they keep the guest information safe."

"I didn't like that I rented rooms more than 3 times in a week and the tv was not working, the microwave did not work as well and the telephone in the room did not work also to call the front desk."

"I loved this hotel I’m saving it because we are coming back. We have a special needs child having a fridge and microwave is important in the room. Pool on the 8th floor indoor perfect. Staff was great "

"We enjoyed our quick stay in a bright, updated and clean 2-bedroom with kitchen. The location was perfect for a quick stopover after arriving in Union Station on the Empire Builder. Beds were comfy, kitchen was helpful and there were several good take out options nearby - we chose Beggar’s Pizza. Being able to rest and refresh in such a comfortable and convenient spot after a 48 hour train ride was a welcome treat! I’d stay here again the next time I’m visiting my company’s nearby Chicago...

"Room exceeded expectations and came with a stunning view with floor to ceiling windows with Lakefront view of Lake Michigan and a great view to the north of the city. Washer and dryer worked perfectly. I would absolutely stay there again when in Chicago!"

"I arrived a bit early. They didn't allow me to check in early, although it was confirmed the previous guest had left. I asked a kind favor to prioritize cleaning my room first but it was not entertained. I asked to switch to another room that is ready and has been cleaned but my request was rejected. No effort was made whatsoever to help guests except the easy response of saying a sharp "NO" with a stuck-up face. Finally passed the check-in time, 3 pm, but my room was still not ready. I told...

"This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences of my life. The property condition is dated and not aligned with the photos. The towels had visible stains on them. The coffee maker has and old and used pod in it. The bathtub was clogged then my room wasn’t cleaned on a two night stay. I’d highly recommend any travels to avoid this property at all cost. Then to charge a destination fee of $25 per day but run out of food choices a breakfast is incredibly. Id describe this as a historic...
