"The hostel atmosphere itself was great. It very safe to require a keycard to enter the premises. The rooms were maintained nicely and the layout was clean. I was in town for a conference down the street and got incredibly lucky to be placed in the same room as someone also attending the conference. I think my experience at the hostel was better because of that. I did find two of the female hostel staff to be rude. "I purchased a Lake View Room, when I arrived they said my room was not available yet and moved me to another room. I could see the lake only if I stood behind the T.V. All three windows had no view at all. When I brought it up to staff they said that the room qualified as a Lake View and would not reimburse me or move me to another room.
