"Lovely property, close to everything if you wish to walk or take the subway. I enjoyed the complementary breakfast every day of my stay. They also had a live music band/duo in the lobby at certain times which I found very enjoyable. The room was clean and comfortable. All of the staff were warm and welcoming. "We brought our 11 year old daughter to NYC to see Aladdin. The LUMA was about a block away and I had read all the great reviews so I booked it. If you're on the fence, just book it and here is why ... They are about a half a block from Bryant Park, and a few blocks from Times Square right in the heart of Broadway. Just close enough to all the fun stuff but not STUCK in the middle of it. The nice thing is they are on a street not as busy so the noise is reduced. I had read lots of reviews...

"The property is great. The room is cute and comfortable. The staff is so nice. The free coffee/tea/ water is great and they have a wine happy hour. The downside was the lobby was filled with people so there was nowhere for us to sit inside. It seemed like a lot of college students using their laptops and not hotel guests. We sat at the lobby bar and no one came over to us. The second floor terrace was nice, we ended up getting food somewhere else and bringing it back. Our bathroom door was...

"Super clean hotel. Pretty centralize in midtown without dealing with the loud tourist hotels in time square. One of the quietest i've ever been in. Rooms are a little small but most hotels in midtown the rooms are small versus other hotels in smaller cities across the states. would definitely stay again. "
