"Our stay was lovely. The room was very spacious and staff super accommodating. It felt like an historical old Hollywood hotel. Come to find out it was built around 1925 and was frequented by various celebrities from that era. If you are looking for slick and modern this is not for you. A quiet respectful atmosphere and a great bathtub were what I appreciated. Also great location!"

"The roof top shown on your web site is open but no chairs or tables. If there was a bar or cafe on property we didn’t see it. Room small but very clean and served our needs well. Staff was very friendly and helpful."

"Traffic noise was a problem even on 9th floor. Room was well appointed but would be small for 2 people- but this is not uncommon in New York. Elevators were extremely slow. Terrace bar was good."

"We were very disappointed in our experience, and the unpleasant staff. When I checked out I told the desk clerk that I was unhappy with my stay, and he just looked at me and handed me my receipt. Will be leaving a review on yelp."
