"5 star hotel"

"The room was clean and well presented. Lighting in the room was dull and never felt bright. Shower never got up to even warm. Ac in the room was either to cold or not cold enough and made knocking noises that kept me awake. The toilet also made a running tap noise and random times. Not a single smile from the checking staff."

"The Virgin Hotel was beautiful! Very clean and the staff was so nice and helpful. The pools were really cold, but very clean. I did find it surprising that the nicest pool with wait staff was a private "resort" if you will. The food was really good and the drinks were good. A little too loud (and I'm not old) and a little over priced in my opinion but it is vegas. The over 21 pool was perfect!!"

"I like the property very much. It was my second visit to Mardi Gras and I do plan on staying again. My only issue was the iron. It didnt work properly so I was unable to iron my clothes. A small thing but a thing none the less. Aside from that, ot was all good"

"It was a terrible stay, the toilet was clogged and the Embassy Suites Convention Center Las Vegas didn't fix it 30 minutes before we checked out. Imagine a hotel stay without a toilet you can use. That happened to us."

"There’s also no smoking and vaping signs all over. This sin city! Staff was great but I’d stick with the strip if you’re not enjoying a concert. The breakfast is basic for Vegas!"
