Hotel Rooms with Balcony in East of The Strip

"I was very upset because the day we checked in found out the pool broke down the day before. It was over a 100 every day the week we stayed there. No pool just was not the right time and I felt we should have been notified the day before. However, they did take away our resort fees for the inconvenience. Had to make the best of it and went across the street to Virgin Casino and paid daily for the pool there you gotta do what you gotta do to make the best out of a bad situation. But the staff there is the real 5 star the STAFF was amazing and Jimmy the dealer definitely is a 5 star!!!!! "

"The coffee shop always serves upscale coffee, and the brands are different each time I visit but they have used Stumptown (from Portland, OR, where I'm from), Lavazza, Peets, etc. The front desk staff are always friendly, helpful and accomodating. I love that this resort is quiet and I think the 3 story separate pod buildings for all the hotel rooms are nice because it's an easy walk to whichever one is assigned and makes the resort look like a resort and not hotel like. It's also quiet! Free parking is a bonus and big lots to park in. The exterior is always clean and tidy and very well kept. They have a lap pool, a couple regular pools. The food is amazing at Bar 365! I love having a suite for a more homey feel and all the rooms are suites. The rooms are clean, and beds so comfy. I stay here yearly when I come and will continue to do so. It's an easy place to get a ride share pick up to and 10 minutes from the airport and 10 minute walk to the strip."

"Friendly staff from the bartender, receptionist, table hosts, and even security had a great vide. Only issues was the lamps not working in my room and hard to find outlets. But the room was pretty clean"

"This is the perfect place for people staying in Vegas for an extended period of time. Your monies stretches here. It wasn’t the most ideal place for us. It was however right across from the Sphere which was literally the reason for our visit. I called ahead of time to check if they allow early checkin. When I checked in, front desk sent me an sms to alert with updates regarding the room. After 3 hours waiting in the lobby, we finally decided to abandon ship and left our luggage then walked to the hotel across the street to get refreshments. I got the text our room was ready an hour before the checkin time. So it was a good thing we left. So color us shocked to find our 2 bedroom villa not entirely clean. We waited all that time for what exactly. Our shower was dirty. The toilet seat in the hallway bathroom had a smudge of lotion. So the first thing I ended up doing after unpacking was tidying up. I could list all the little things they can fine tune, but I feel like they already know. On a positive note, we had a washer & dryer so we came home with no laundry."

"When we checked in there were no rooms available for what we reserved. The "upgrade" to a suite was NOT an upgrade at all. Yes a king bed and a couch, but certainly not better. Our daughter slept on the couch instead of the heard rollaway that was provided. We were given our booked room the next day with 2 queen beds and the room was better than the so called "upgraded" one. We were offered no compensation for the inconvenience. However, when we were sent a text from Westgate giving us a $75 a day credit, that wasn't actually a credit, Dre was kind enough to honor the text giving us a credit for $75. The pool was a hot mess with not enough seating or staff. Instead of so many towel people, you could have used them for bar/hostess service."
