"The area where the hotel was located was sketchy but in all honesty it was just fine. The hotel itself was great! Service was excellent and they had daily specials which were awesome! They had a day with a tray of lasagna and cooler filled with adult drinks and refreshments, complimentary. We went with our family of 5 and had such a wonderful experience. Will definitely be back here!"

"The Retro Cowboy Villa was perfect for what we needed. Residential area but super convenient to many bars, restaurants as well as downtown and the airport. Space was well decorated and had all the amenities we needed. The backyard was also phenomenal - great hang out space, amazing hot tub and cute lighting made the space picture perfect. We ran into a few cleaning and sanitation issues while onsite which we reported to the host for future travelers and they mentioned they recently switched...

"I had an amazing stay at this location, it exceeded my expectations. It’s located close enough to downtown and yet not square in the middle of the city. I took a great walk down to a park that is a few blocks away through a very peaceful neighborhood with many food options located relatively close. I would certainly come back next time I am in Austin!"
