"Check in process was terribly. Very unhelpful staff. Parking was confusing and very beyond expensive. Workout room was smothering hot and not all of the machines worked and the floor was dirty. Very disappointing stay."

"The lobby was welcoming. The room itself was very nice. The food menu was minimal and very expensive. However, there is a Denny’s next-door so that is a solution. I wish Expedia would have disclosed that parking is $45 a night. That would have made a difference in the hotel I chose. Overall very nice hotel. Just know you’re going to pay $45 for parking on top of your room stay."

"Hotel was fine, area less so. The immediate area has very little. It’s walkable to Sixth St entertainment but you have to walk past a lot of homeless acting psychotically because there’s a homeless resource center 2 blocks down. We end up taking our car to most places. Austin surprisingly is car-dependent. "

"Hilton seems to have given up on this location. I walked in and thoguht I might have to change my reservation to a different location. Worn carpet and dirty furniture in the lobby. Paint chipped in some areas. Ground in dirt. Water valve in shower not tight enough to keep from drifting. With all of that, it is still the quietest hotel around. The staff is outstanding! "

"Good location in Muller, but the property was okay. We could not get our TV to work properly. The outside area of the hotel needs to be cleaned up. There were a lof of leaves and some trash outside the front door and the courtyard area."
