"Best Location across from Cathedral st Giles. In the heart of everything. This apartment has everything you need for a sightseeing stay. Can be noisy at night with crowds but if you choose to stay here you should expect it. My only suggestion is to replace the mattress. It feels worn and saggy. Joivy was a great company to work with. Quick to Respond to queries. "

"The property was very beautiful and this was a great home base for our week in Edinburgh. It was a bit away from the city center so we did end up taking buses and taxis more than expected. Traffic in front of the house gets quite busy around lunchtime and supper. While housekeeping provided a steady supply of tea packets and granola bars, we did have to venture out for food. I didn’t appreciate the cafe the guest house recommends but thankfully there were a lot of other options within walking...

"Die kleine Wohnung liegt inmitten der Altstadt, die Victoriastreet und das Castle sind gleich um die Ecke. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern hört man nichts vom Verkehr auf den Straßen. Die Wohnung ist zwar klein, aber mit zwei Schlafzimmern und einem Wohnzimmer mit Pantryküche (plus schönem Duschbad), kommt man gut zurecht. Eine Bushaltestelle der Linienbusse ist direkt vor dem Haus, eine Ghostbustour startet auch dort. "

"I loved my stay at the Brae. It was the perfect place to get over jet lag as I embarked on a one-month vacation of the U.K. It’s a couple of miles outside of town, and the bus to downtown stops right in front of the house, which was perfect. Very comfortable for sleeping. Having a bath tub to soak in after a day full of walking was heaven. Graeme was an extremely welcoming and informative host. Definitely recommend t He Stay at the Brae."

"The code court is an amazing choice if you’re going for a small trip. I missed the common area for a hostel, but if you need just a place to sleep and shower, it’s amazing. Everything was clean, the pods were comfortable and the rooms were big. The staff were all so kind and lovely! They helped me with everything I needed. The localization is also a plus. Right in the middle of the old town! I loved my stay there and would 100% stay there again "
