"room was not large but efficient. refrigerator did not work, had to get buckets of ice nightly. did not partake in the dining options. The location was great! across the street from the waverley station, cut through to go to new town. "I really enjoyed my stay, it was almost a new building with full facilities. It is a quietest place I’ve ever stayed . The only downside I’ve noticed was it might not be a good choice for people with disabilities or elderly, since to get to our room using stairs was inevitable. They might have other rooms to accommodate people with disabilities, so make sure you check with them in advance if you have issue with climbing the stairs. "

The house is beautiful and convenient parking in the rear. You get a code for the front doors and the room key is inside. They have fruit and maps available. The staff is amicable and helpful.
