"We were put down beside the Spa so we heard a lot of foot traffic while in our room. We had a light flickering for a while but settled as well. Location was fantastic and the cleaning staff were incredibly friendly! :) "

The only issue was no conditioner or shampoo in the shower so it’s kind of expected for you to wash your hair with hand soap so bring your own!!! Everything else was great. Breakfast was great. Bus stop was right in front. Didn’t go to the pool or sauna but the restaurant/bar was lovely :) Would recommend "

Hotel was clean and tidy on entering and staff were welcoming. Would come back for another visit as it is positioned in a great location for Edinburgh. "

"I have to tell them to clean our eoom Basically but they do not want to bed has hair dusty little bugs which i bit by my face bed stinky like pee room heater not working they have to call maintenance all the time room alarmef on us for no reason carpet dirty you paid for a hotel that is not a hotel 4 star at all i should have stayed outside that is the feeling no shampooo no body wash i have yo call but phone not workjnv i havd to go all thd way down from 7th floor to lobby "
