"Hotel location is right in the middle so it was super handy if wanting food, shopping and close to train station! If needed to take a break from walking around we can easily go back to our hotel or taxi back as everything is close to one another. We cant hear any noise from outside as soon as were back in our hotel. We requested for new towels and make up our bed everyday and it was done perfectly and room is cleaned. The staff are amazing and so helpful. Some of them speak good english so...

"The service was great. We opted to have our luggage sent to our hotel ahead of time since we were taking the Shinkansen from Tokyo to Osaka. The luggage was already waiting for us in the room. Breakfast had a great variety of foods and drinks. It was soooo convenient to have breakfast at the hotel. The room was spacious compared to our previous hotel. We actually had room to open our luggage!"

"After a long day of walking around Osaka, it was great to be able to settle in and have a bowl of ramen at night and get in the onsen to relax. The amenities: like the free washer and reasonably priced dryer was convenient. Loved the Yakult and free ice cream. My sister usually does not eat very much but she loaded up on the buffet every day and enjoyed the food. Location was very close to Dotonbori and subways. Overall truly comfortable and convenient. "

"This place is interesting as they seem to be transitioning from a love hotel to a legit hotel. Hence some interesting food perks, various small items, bathtub aroma varieties etc for free. Free curry starts from 7 am until 5 pm. Free popcorn, free drinks ( wine and some cheap pours ) etc. for the price I paid not bad at all! "
