"Very clean, upscale room. Nicest hotel I stayed in during my 2 weeks in Japan. Staff were kind and helpful. Free breakfast and free evening ramen was a plus. A bunch of free amenities in the room. Massage chair was also a nice bonus. Shower room & tub were very nice. My only complaint, and this is nitpicking, was that the lights in the main bathroom area of my room were very dim and there was seemingly no way to adjust them any brighter."

The hotel staff are very friendly and polite. Super easy to check in and they speak English good enough to get the job done. The room is good size, very clean and comfy. Don't expect to have big room in Japanese big cities so it meets my expections and have enjoyed my staty."
