"I was really pleased that I had chosen this hotel for an overnight stay with my sister. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean and quiet. Nice products in the bathroom. We found the staff very professional and slick. There was a good selection of food at breakfast but we had to queue and there was a lot of bustle. The staff were working their socks off though, getting everyone through. Nice bar. Very convenient for The British Museum. We would definitely stay again. "

"the hotel doesn't have stair case, but the front desk staff, she is kind enough to help with our luggage to the 6th floor although the room is small, but it is so comfy with basic amneties. the shower room/toilet is super clean, and the water pressure is good it worth its price"

"Struttura semplice ma pulita, personale molto gentile e disponibile. Ci sono stati dati utili consigli per i giri in città ed anche per tour fuori Londra. In particolare Gianfranco alla reception si è dimostrato particolarmente gentile La struttura è vicina ai mezzi pubblici, sia bus che metro(King cross station) solo alcuni minuti a piedi. La struttura si è rivelata comoda per arrivare dall’aeroporto(Luton) e per ripartire (Heathrow)."

"A good stay with family doing tourist stuff. My only concern was when I said I was dairy free at breakfast they bought me gluten free bread and biscuits which both contained dairy. But they did get me some dairy free milk which I could use freely. "

I booked it primarily for its proximity to the train station but the only complaint I had was the amount of litter on the walk to and from Saint Pancras but this was in no way the DoubleTree’s fault.
