"Hôtel incroyablement beau (entrée, réception).
Ma chambre était plutôt vétuste mais propre. Belle vue.
Personnel très froid, pas assez proactif pour un hôtel de ce niveau. Aucune proposition, on ne se sent pas forcément le bienvenu. La réception et le concierge ne répondent pas au téléphone ou ligne en panne."

"Overall, a great stay and perfect for families. Located within a 5-minute walk from King Fahd gate. The hotel is modern, clean and the staff provided a great service.
The service at breakfast was fantastic - the chef who made pancakes and omelettes was engaging and friendly. The cleaners, Aashiq and Ismail, were exceptional, friendly and very helpful.
I agree with other guests that the rooms were a little tight, but they had all the amenities and were very clean. "
