During my stay at IBIS Malik branch, I was genuinely impressed by the consistently high standard of service throughout the hotel. The front desk team, especially during Ramadan, demonstrated exceptional professionalism, outstanding attention to detail, and clear, effective communication at every stage. Their follow-up and feedback were always timely, helpful, and handled with great care.
The laundry department also deserves special recognition. The quality of service was excellent, and the price-to-value ratio was truly exceptional. It was clear that the team takes pride in delivering efficient and reliable service.
My room was in very good condition, clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The overall housekeeping and hotel service were excellent.
I would also like to highlight the day and night managers, who provided great customer service at all times. They were super friendly, approachable, and highly professional, which made the overall experience even more pleasant.
Overall, IBIS delivered a very positive guest experience, and I would be pleased to recommend this hotel to others.
