"The location of the Apotek is wonderful but the room was not great. The room was lava hot until we realized the mini-fridge was the cause and unplugged it. After that the room temperature was fine. It was a quite small room which was challenging for us to work with given there were not easy places to put clothes so we had to work with our suitcases. Finally, the bathroom was in great condition and really clean and modern but the open shower got water all over the room which was less than ideal....

"Stella at the front desk went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The property has a serenity spa vibe to it. It has a geothermal pool and 2 hot tubs. There is also a quaint river beside it which we swam in as our cold plunge. The food at the restaurant is awesome. Breakfast buffet was really good. Highly recommend this place."

When we pointed it out to the lady at the front desk she immediately moved us to the larger room we had booked, which we very much appreciated. The hotel is well situated for touring the area. The coffee maker in the large sitting room provided complementary delicious coffee and hot chocolate drinks which was a treat after chilly days in the countryside. "Very lovely hotel with great location. It is set up with little buildings spread around the main building which houses the reception and the main dining area. Don't unload your luggage when you check in, as you can park outside you designated building."

"The room was perfectly maintained, and the area is nice and quiet. It's also very convenient because there's a mini-mall right next door with a coffee shop, pharmacy, and convenience store. Parking wasn't a concern at all either, as they have plenty of spaces available. And on top of that, the customer support team was excellent—always quick to reply and very helpful."
