"We have stayed here once before on our travels to visit family, but this will be our last time. The room was visibly dirty—the bathroom floor was dirty and hadn’t been swept or mopped, there was dust collecting on the lamps and table, the sheets were barely on the bed, and we found a moldy incense stick stuck on the ac vent. My husband and I both found the bed to be uncomfortable. Breakfast was decent for a hotel breakfast, though there wasn’t any water available other than hot water for tea....

"The hotel was really nice and the staff were very friendly! They had a pretty good variety of food for breakfast. It was nice to have lots of different options and they restocked it all very quickly. The pool was heated so it was pretty hot in there and it felt like you were in a hot tub rather than a pool. Also parking lot was down the street from the hotel, so we had to walk a little bit to get to the hotel/car. The only issue we had with the room was the AC. We had to call maintenance both...

"It was a decent room. Clean. Unfortunately there are not too many things in the bathroom to use. No hairdryer, no coffee pot, none of the things that were used to finding when we go to a hotel. However, we didn’t know this so we brought our own stuff. But I’m thinking what about these people that can’t carry along a coffee pot and essentials. "Lovely Luxury with a spacious sunset suite. Very comfortable bed and sofa. Wish there were one or more sofa tables. staff were delightful, will definitely come again. Please add a cafe for guests not wanting a large expensive dinner. Breakfast Food was very good. Kitchen well equipped for beverage and snack storage, and very clean."

While the room itself was acceptable, seeing insects in the common areas was concerning and gave a poor impression of the property’s cleanliness. I hope management addresses this issue to provide a better experience for guests."
