I stay here once a year and it's always been clean and comfortable. I was there just last week my toilet was broken and they got to it right away and had it fixed. It was so appreciated. I will be staying again next year. Everyone was very kind.

Staff was excellent. Property was very dirty, smelly and run down. Stayed in a non-smoking room that had cigarette burns in both comforters. The hallways reeked of smoke. The main lobby was badly stained.

For the price we thought this Super 8 was a great deal because it included a pretty big variety of items for free breakfast! The individually wrapped crumb cakes were fantastic! I wish I had saved the wrapped to see if I could buy them in a store. The staff were super friendly, both the night and morning crews.

Beckley, WV

The front desk staff was very pleasant. We arrived early evening without reservations for a pet friendly room. The woman at the desk was very professional and efficient at finding us a great room overlooking the pool. Another plus, the on-site restaurant. The area has no shortage of restaurants but having one on-site was a real treat for these tired and hungry travelers. The room was not fancy but it was clean and the bed and pillows comfortable. We will stay again.

The bathrooms and bedding were clean. The staff was extremely helpful and polite. The entire hotel smelled of cigarette smoke. The hallway was the worse but the rooms smelled awful.
