"There needed to be a second employee checking people in on a Friday night. People calling should not get precedent over a line in the lobby. The staff were all polite and friendly, especially the breakfast staff. The breakfast had a nice selection and was well stocked. The room itself was clean and up to date. The fan on the fridge seemed like it was going out but kept our food cold. The entire property needed to be smoke free. We walked through smokers at the main entrance and side entrance. Smokers set the fire alarm off twice, once at 2-3AM and again while we were leaving passing the fire department. Id like to think this was a fluke caused by other occupants that left also."
