"Very clean and quaint. The building was a little older, and other than the gas station next door, there didn’t seem to be much around. However, the lady working the front desk was lovely, and the little breakfast and 24/7 coffee and tea was a delightful unexpected touch. I would definitely stay here again. "

"We are over 70 and we did not have a bathroom in our room. I may have read this, but I don’t recall reading it. We would not have rented this room if I’d known it didn’t have a bathroom in the room. Luckily, the room we would have shared the bathroom with was not occupied, but we still had to go out of our room, utilize the bathroom. "It’s a beautiful place , beautiful view and but little outdated. The carpets on the rooms and on the facilities, makes this place less attractive. But the people was very nice and accommodating and attentive to anything we needed "

"This is a budget hotel so don’t expect the Ritz but new owners are cleaning it up and doing a good job. The linens and mattress were all brand new and very comfortable. New vanity tops and shower walls in bathrooms. All halls and walls freshly painted. Basic free breakfast had sausage and gravy biscuits. They have a few more rooms to finish and I wish them success. "

"I was traveling for a recreational event. This stay offered exactly what I expected for the value: friendly and courteous staff, clean and well-maintained rooms, and excellent location for access to the New River Gorge National Park. There are several food options nearby and/or within driving distance. There is a restaurant on site as well. I'd stay again and I recommend it if you're looking for value and convenience. Thank you for a nice stay, Quality Inn staff!"

"Greatly enjoyed my stayed here! The room was very comfortable, quiet, super clean, with a great view of trees and sky (5th floor, back side of hotel). I was amazed at the scope of the breakfast offerings - eggs, meats, waffles (you make in griddle), yogurt and toppings, expresso coffee drinks (from machine but tasty), bagels, and more. And the breakfast room itself was spacious and pleasant. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. All in all I couldn’t have asked for a better experience....
