"Terrible experience and definitely not what I expected from an Ibis. We were initially given the wrong room and had to go back and sort it out ourselves, which was frustrating after travelling. The room itself was also very poorly equipped. There were no power sockets by the bed, and incredibly there seemed to be only one usable socket in the entire room, which made charging our phones and other devices extremely inconvenient. Worst of all, the toilet did not flush properly. It was so bad...
