"This hotel was in a perfect location! I was able to walk right outside my hotel and easily get to all of the sites around Lisbon. The metro is right in front of the building too. "We were well received with staff helping with our bags immediately. Note, if you do want your luggage right away, don't use their luggage service as it is not immediate. Room was large and comfortable. We had an oceanview room with balcony. For the smokers, balcony has ashtrays! Bathroom was large with separate toilet door. "Advertised as having a private beach but there is no access to the beach. I thought it was storm damage but I was told there was never a private beach with assess. Otherwise beautiful hotel. And the pool was delightful but no useable beach,"

"Staff for very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and very spacious. Breakfast has a lot of options but their warm food were often a bit cold. Outdoor pool were very nice. I like that there is an adult pool and kids pool the restaurants inside the hotel where a bit too expensive but the buffet dinner was also good with good value of money. "It’s the little things that matter sometimes. The concierge was so nice to help get a wheelchair for my mother to help get her around. The bartenders always greeted us with a smile and little snacks to enjoy while having a drink. "Good location near the beach. Clean and quiet.. Property managers were helpful and knowledgeable. Wonderful breakfast at the sister hotel with a large variety of items.. 10 minute walk to get there. To note: there is a tear down building attached to the property. If you do not want to see this building, make sure you are clear where your room faces."
