"Wonderful place to stay. Very easy check in, great at giving late check in instructions. Get the top floor room if possible for great city views at night. The restaurant on the first floor is awesome and you can get a glass of wine when you return at night to bring up to your room. Very helpful and friendly staff. Concierge on whatsapp was very useful and responded fast with requests. Good attention to guests."

Despite having a nice pool (with few sun lounges) and being in a good location, the additional costs of a kettle, iron & pool towels is mean-spirited & not consistent with a 4 star hotel. "Wir haben uns wunderbar erholt. Einfache aber saubere Unterkunft. Jeden Tag wurde gereinigt und die Betten gemacht. Alle 2 Tage frische Handtücher. Für ein Studio nicht selbstverständlich. Parkplatz und Fahrkarten für die Bummelbahn sind mit dabei. Zum Essen würde ich die nahegelegenen Lokale in Santa Lucia oder Tavira empfehlen. Wir werden wiederkommen"

"Booked this hotel for a one night stay as we were flying out home the next morning. At 5am in the morning, we reached the airport in 10 minutes. Comfortable room, kids slept on the pull out sofa, it was clean and service was great. We walked to a mall 10 mins away for dinner. Would be happy to stay here again but not with bigger kids as the pull out bed might be too small and uncomfortable."
