"It was in a great location. It was close to restaurants and some of the scenic sites in Porto. The staff was very friendly and helpful upon arrival and each time we left and entered the hotel. The accommodations were very nice, although the shower is in the bedroom, which may not be for everyone. The included breakfast had a variety of choices and the restaurant was amazing. "

"This is a beautiful hotel and our suite was well appointed and had one of the best showers I have ever found in a hotel. Turn down service and cleanliness was fabulous. We had trouble keeping the room cool enough, the controls were confusing and would revert back to a default in the middle of the night. Staff was attentive and helpful but ultimately was unable to secure us dinner reservations other than in their own hotel and did not seem to have many restaurants that they worked with....

"I will definitely come back!! The staff members were really friendly. I have got a welcome drink on the first night which was really nice. Breakfast variety was plenty. The design of the room reflects the winery itself. There is plenty of place to store things. The good thing is there is a door separate the bedding area and bathrooms. There is 4 bathrooms to share in a 14-bed dorm and i never need to wait for a second to use it."

"THe hotel was within walking distance to the center of town, the river and many other touristy places. It is a small hotel, the staff was very friendly and we were given a suite which was great. Recommend this hotel if you want to be close to where the action is."

"Super accommodatie, zeer aan te bevelen! Centraal gelegen. Alles spic en span. Mooi ingericht. Lekker rustig. Veronica is een aangename en zeer behulpzame gastvrouw. Leuke eettentjes in de buurt. Let wel op als je minder goed te been bent dat de accommodatie 3 verdiepingen heeft. Na een dag slenteren in het heuvelachtige Porto kan het net iets te veel zijn...."

"Staff were very attentive. The room was large & the chaise lounge was & beautiful addition. As for the bathroom the tiles nice touch not the standard. The colours of the hotel was not the standard beige which was good. For a city break I would stay again but when the weather is better as I'd like to use the roof terrace. "
