"Localización y tamaño. Falta mantenimiento: el agua se va varias veces a lo largo del día por falta de presión, el extractor de la cocina no funcionó en 10 días a ninguna hora, y la ventana del dormitorio estaba rota, no se pudo abrir en 10 días. A los 5 días de estar allí se descolgó hacia dentro con el viento y tuvieron que apuntalarla con un palo para que no se cayera. Así estuvo los 5 días restantes."

"Das Zimmer war geräumig. Die Küche hatte alles was man benötigt. Der Aufpreis für den Blick morgens und Abends auf den Tejo war es definitiv wert! Die Busstation war um die Ecke. Bis zur Fähre waren es ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Jeder Zeit wieder. Danke!"

"Great amenities and awesome location. Room had a couple minor issues with mold at bottom of shower door and stains/rips on wall paper in room. Breakfast was very good"

"This is a beautiful resort that resets the mind and body. The room is spectacular with heated bathroom tiles and amenities. The food is very good with a variety of choices. The spa is very relaxing and you can stay by the pool and enjoy the atmosphere. The pool area is clean and you can enjoy the poolside bar and restaurant. There is a shuttle to the beach club that offers full service chairs, umbrella and food. It is a lovely resort."

"Excellent hotel across the street from the beach. Staff are excellent and speak multiple languages. Rooms are spacious and clean. The ocean view balconies are fantastic for sunset views. Breakfast buffet with hot and cold food options. Just a note this seems to be the hotel of choice for large tours and child football traveling teams. Overall I would stay here everytime"

"We had a very poor experience here, when we checked in there was no information on where things are or how the resort operates I had to request more information, and after checking in it was nearly impossible to get a hold of reception for any issues as they do not answer the phone, we were on the eco-resort and I had to get in the car and travel back to reception to get any kind of a response. They also take a deposit of one nights stay and said they would return it 72 hours after check out but...

"The property had all the amenities however the location was not very convenient for tourists. The bridge to Almada was always very busy with traffic. Would have not stayed there if I had known."

"We enjoyed our stay, Nice quiet place. Enjoyed the layout of our townhouse room. Can walk to a few restaurants and shops out with hotel. Just lacked staff attention to detail for this rate/standard of hotel. I would expect better service. You would ask the staff a question about restaurant/spa/activities etc and you would get a one worded answer and the impression of don’t ask me anymore questions. It always seemed to be so difficult to get help/assistance on the smallest of things. The room...

"Tranquille / propre / service excellent/ pas sur le bord de la mer mais à distance de marche"

"Great hotel and very good.value. Right by the beach and sea view rooms have a balcony"

"Beautiful view, very clean, wonderful pool. Close to the old town. Highly recommend."

"Really nice place. Loved it!"

"Unfortunately, we were quite disappointed with our overall experience. The rooms are quite dated and, in our opinion, do not feel particularly luxurious. Our room also wasn’t cleaned on one of the days, despite us being out at the pool for the entire day. The main pool area was another disappointment. The sun loungers and seating are very basic, with no cushions, and the pool service was very limited. Cups and glasses were left on tables throughout the day without being collected, which...
