"Room was clean and staff were extremely accommodating but the room it self was just okay. Beds were too soft. Felt smaller than queen beds. Pillows were so soft that even 2 together didn’t support my head; just sank dow lower. Heat and cooling was a nightmare four our allergies. Looking for pet free room due to allergies but none designated in this hotel. Staff found a room with no pets for 36 days but still issues. "

"Desk clerk told me that we had a 1pm check out time but our room wasn’t on cleaning lady’s list . Tried to phone desk when our tv remote didn’t work but their phone was permanently “busy “. Swimming pool was the size of a large jacuzzi constantly full of kids— contrary to online photos!"

Pool area clean with good water temp.
Wifi connection strong.
Workout areas would be better if combined + free weights.
Toilet flooded but was snaked and water cleaned up quickly.
Shower ceiling and edges could be cleaned better - black spots. "
